Summary |
0000041: Superfluous SynSets added in traceInherit |
|
Description |
(SynSet.cs) traceInherit adds SynSets recursively. tracePtrs sets a mark (the current buffer length) which traceInherit uses as a last call to truncate superfluous information from the buffer.
The problem is that the SynSets are not removed when the buffer is truncated, leading to superfluous results. I am unsure if this has any real consequences, as the data itself seems relevant. I think it is more of a case of "too much information" for the requested search. |
