People are becoming more and more nervous about leaving any personal information on websites due to the never-ending stream of spam and scams that seem to appear from nowhere. Most websites claim that your email will never be used for such purposes, although many do include fine print which gives them full right to do so. ebswift.com has no fine print, just a clear policy which can give people peace of mind when leaving any contact details with ebswift.com.

I usually follow up any queries within one day, allowing for opposite time zones etc. Just some quick advice on how to recognise sites that you should never give personal information to: do NOT trust sites which try to hide the real people behind them; sites which do not have any human names listed. Usually that is to insulate the real people from complaints so that once a complaint goes unanswered there is no-one else to complain to ;). If you have doubts about a site, write a quick note to one of the site contact links (using a webmail address) and ask them about their privacy policies directly - if you do not get a reply or only get an automated reply then you know the site is not to be trusted.
