I hereby state that WordNetCE is Freeware, and therefore can be used in an unlimited fashion for any purpose by individuals, corporations, educational, government, military departments, and any other entity. It is prohibited to reverse engineer or disassemble the code in any way, to distribute WordNetCE as part of another package, to distribute in any form without permission from Troy Simpson, or to claim any rights regarding WordNetCE.
The software is supported by donations, and donations are not mandatory for any individual. However I do ask that if a corporation, educational department, government or military department, or any for-profit organisation using this product make a small donation for each device installed upon (donations can be made via http://www.ebswift.com). This is simply to help cover costs of web hosting and development costs.
I do not grant any right to distribute this software, distribution is strictly prohibited without permission from Troy Simpson. NOTE: during the installation, ignore the message stating that OpenNetCF needs to be installed. Required components are installed as part of this package; the message is forced by OpenNetCF which is a limitation of OpenNetCF.
